3. Fill out our online form. *Note: There is a new method for submitting an application online. Update (February 15th, 9:25pm): The application saving issue has been fixed. |
Instructions for submitting the online application: Please right click here and save this file to your desktop. You can fill out the application using Adobe Acrobat reader (free). If you have Microsoft Outlook or Mozilla Thunderbird: Open the Application PDF from your saved desktop location, fill it out, and select the "Submit" button at the bottom of the application once you have filled it out. This will bring up a new email message window. The item should be attached and the Subject line should read "Application". If this is correct, send the message. If you use a mail client like Yahoo, Mail.com, or Gmail that must be accessed through a browser: Open the Application from your desktop where you saved it. Fill it out and save it. Access your email account online. Compose a new email message and enter fmba.employment@livenation.com as the recipient. Attach the filled out .pdf Appplication and use the subject line "Application".
