You need to make sure you send back the completed background check form, team request half sheet, and application addendum. If you are applying for a team leader position, please make sure to include all the forms above plus a letter detailing why they would like to be a team leader and a letter of reference. If you are applying for a team leader position, your information is due back by February 19th. If you are only interested in general staff employment you need to return these items by March 15th to be included in the first hiring. We will be in touch with the past employees in mid April to discuss your training dates and times.
